1. Who can register? Can I have an account? The FARMA members' area is intended for FARMA members only. The box on most pages of FARMA.org.uk asking you to log-in is referring only to FARMA members. If you are a current FARMA member, then please do login (or see below if you're having trouble). If not, then the public area of the site will still be useful in posting news, views and information about the local food sector in the UK. Check out our Public RSS feed to stay up-to-date with our updates. 2. Help! Where can I find my login details? I can't find them. All current FARMA members were added as members to this website on 1 May 2009 - your login details were sent to you via email on that date from

containing a new password. If you're still having problems, try creating a new account (make sure you give us your full Trading Name so we know who you are!). Alternatively, you can contact us. If you are a member who has joined after 1 May 2009, you can either create an account for yourself, or contact us to create one for you. 3. Help! Why can't I log in? You can use either your username or your email address to login - try using one, then the other. If you still can't log in, see Question 2 (above) to help you find and confirm your login details. You can also contact us. Note that if your username contains an apostrophe, you may have problems logging in. All apostrophes have been removed from usernames, but some users may still experience problems. To get around this, use your email address to log in, then go to Edit your details and there you can edit your username to remove any apostrophes. Or you can continue to log in with your email. 4. Help! How do I edit my details? How do I change my password? Go to Edit your details in your profile to change your details, including Name, Trading Name, username & password. 5. What is a RSS (or web) feed? How do I use it? What do I do with it? RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. A website takes its most recent content and turns it into a simple format (typically plain text with pictures) that can be read by all kinds of programs and devices. If you subscribe to a website's RSS feed, you will receive the site's most recent content sent to you whenever the site is updated. The FARMA.org.uk public RSS feed is available here. Click on the link and most modern browsers will ask you if you want to subscribe to the feed. Once you're subscribed you should receive update alerts in your browser whenever we add new articles. You can also use any other feed reader you like - see the articles below for some further reading if you're still not sure what we're talking about! http://www.google.com/support/feedburner/bin/answer.py?answer=79408 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_feed
